As a Service Advisor, you will report directly to the Service Manager and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the essential communication link between customers and the workshop, providing timely updates on vehicle servicing and addressing any inquiries or concerns that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with technicians and workshop management to ensure that all vehicles are serviced promptly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
2. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles throughout the servicing process.
3. Provide expert advice on automotive products and services.
4. Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
Candidate Requirements
We seek individuals with prior experience as Service Advisors in the automotive sector, showcasing strong organizational and administrative capabilities along with meticulous attention to detail. A polished appearance and a solid background in customer service are essential, as you will be expected to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive management systems such as Kerridge or Pinnacle is advantageous. Additionally, candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the dealership and possess a good understanding of the local area.
