About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Adult Safeguarding Assistant Practitioner to join our team at the Harrow Community Therapy Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

As an Adult Safeguarding Assistant Practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess and manage client caseloads, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support. You will also be responsible for consulting with other providers to ensure that discharge plans are proactively managed and supported.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and is committed to ongoing professional development. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

Person Specification
  • Broad general education including English and maths to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • NVQ 3 in Health or Social Care or equivalent academic qualification and/or equivalent level of experience of working as a Physio/OT/Rehab assistant.
  • Understanding of supervision.
