About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Safeguarding Senior Practitioner to join our team at Adult Social Care.

The Safeguarding Adults Hub is a dynamic and fast-paced team that works across different agencies to assess risk and determine whether further enquiries should be made under the Care Act 2014.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess risk and make recommendations for further action under the Care Act 2014
  • Work with the police, fire service, domestic abuse services, and health to develop a successful approach to Safeguarding Adults
  • Develop and maintain practice through team reflection and continuous learning and development
  • Provide a supportive working environment that values professional supervision and offers the right balance between challenge and support
