We are seeking an experienced and skilled Adult Safeguarding Senior Practitioner to join our team at Adult Social Care. As a key member of our Safeguarding Adults Hub, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess risk and determine whether further enquiries should be made under section 42 of the Care Act 2014.
  • Work collaboratively with agencies including the police, fire service, domestic abuse services, and health to ensure effective safeguarding practices.
  • Develop and maintain successful approaches to safeguarding adults in West Sussex through team reflection and continuous learning and development.
  • Provide professional supervision and support to team members, promoting a culture of challenge and support.
