Position Summary

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience by effectively managing inquiries and resolving issues. This position is situated within our corporate sector, reporting directly to the Client Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Ensure accurate entry of client orders, verifying that all information, including pricing and documentation, is precise. Monitor outstanding orders and proactively address any challenges to fulfill client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients regarding order updates, potential delays, and other pertinent information. Utilize various communication channels such as phone and email to ensure clear and professional interactions.
  • Commercial Interaction: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and generate leads for the sales team. Propose additional products as appropriate to fulfill client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management to accurately represent client needs and assist with essential business processes. Step in for additional responsibilities or during the absence of team members.
  • Problem Resolution: Address client complaints and issues promptly, escalating as necessary and implementing corrective measures. Participate in initiatives and workshops aimed at enhancing client service processes.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to Junior Client Relations Specialists, ensuring comprehensive training and ongoing development.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and/or E1, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite. A solid understanding of finance, supply chain, and production processes is essential.
  • International Trade Acumen: Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, transport logistics, and letters of credit.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in the local language and proficiency in English.
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving capabilities, ability to thrive under pressure, multitasking skills, and a strong customer-centric approach. A collaborative team player with a commitment to sharing knowledge and mentoring others.

Additional Insights

Occasional travel may be necessary for client visits, meetings, or participation in industry events.
