WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...
The ideal candidate will possess a positive and professional demeanor, alongside exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be adept at managing deadlines from various stakeholders and colleagues within The Celtic Collection.
A skilled multitasker with excellent interpersonal abilities, you should be capable of working independently while critically assessing situations and adapting your approach as necessary.
A keen eye for detail and proficiency in IT are essential for this role. Previous experience in an administrative capacity is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ...
Respond to all inquiries promptly, adhering to the department's Service Level Agreement, ensuring every caller receives a courteous and efficient response. Manage systems administration and maintain accurate records.
Document minutes for various meetings and produce the necessary documentation in a timely and precise manner.
Generate and distribute emails and reports as needed, while consistently upholding the highest levels of confidentiality when addressing sensitive matters. Support the team with all administrative tasks.
