About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue within our Commercial team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Executive who possesses:

A proven track record of business development and growth, with a strong understanding of the Commercial insurance market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.A collaborative and consultative approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
