About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Contact Centre Team as Customer Service Officers to provide a high standard of customer service to our service users.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and advising a wide range of customers, both internal and external, to ensure that their enquiries are resolved at the initial point of contact, where possible.

This role is office-based and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via telephone and other communication channels.
  2. Support and advise customers on a wide range of issues, ensuring that their enquiries are resolved at the initial point of contact.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
