About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Harrow Community Therapy Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Specialist Occupational Therapists in supervising and providing guidance to therapy assistants and support workers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, plan and implement individualized management and treatment programs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Relevant work experience in a variety of clinical settings, with evidence of up-to-date Continuing Professional Development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
