Aluminium Bonding Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a strong background in Continuous Cold Roll Bonding of Aluminium alloys to Low Carbon Steel. This position involves overseeing process efficiency and providing essential technical support to optimize Bimetal Bonding and Inspection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting process monitoring and analysis to detect trends and implement best practices.
- Ensuring adherence to established process controls in production practices.
- Managing small to medium-sized projects related to process development and equipment enhancements.
- Verifying and validating any changes made to processes.
- Taking ownership of Standard Operating Procedures and Production Control Plans.
- Preparing detailed technical specifications for processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in Cold Roll Bonding is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer is preferred.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks 3D CAD software or similar tools.
- A comprehensive understanding of various methods for processing strip materials, including rolling, annealing, and machining.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player who can support Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams effectively.
- A flexible and approachable demeanor.
