We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Mahle's Engine Systems manufacturing business in Kilmarnock. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering technical support and ensuring that materials manufacturing processes are implemented and maintained in line with our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to ensure the successful implementation of materials manufacturing processes
- Investigate and implement process improvements to maximize capabilities and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with market-leading technologies and developments in materials manufacturing
- Develop and maintain process expertise within the project-based environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of material manufacturing processes, including cold roll bonding
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks 3D CAD software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
