About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team as a Management Support Team Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our Clinical Team Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Team Managers, including diary management, minute taking, and ordering.
  • Assist with recruitment and interview processes, including preparing interview materials and coordinating logistics.
  • Manage staff rotas, annual leave, and sickness reporting.
  • Log supervisions and appraisals, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Secretarial experience at intermediate level.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages or equivalent.
