Service Delivery Administrator

Be a crucial part of our Service Delivery Team, providing essential administrative support. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your proactive and personable approach will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintain associated documentation.
- Administer the manning plan, facilitating travel arrangements for the consortium logistics team.
- Verify clearance for all personnel travel and manage offshore timesheets.
- Maintain accurate material and equipment tracking lists, crew planner, and weekly movements log.
- Compile and administer project variation paperwork and maintain related registers.
- Generate, administer, and organize all Project files for offshore delivery and administration.
- Handle vendor and subcontractor correspondence efficiently.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level (Including English and Math).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable and approachable with a focus on building effective relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working autonomously.
- Proficient in Business Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment, industry experience an advantage.
