We emphasize the promotion of autonomy while ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life.
As the Care Services Manager, you will lead our service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and support.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily functions of the facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Facilitate and promote independent living for residents, customizing support to meet individual requirements.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a team of care professionals, cultivating a positive and supportive workplace.
- Compliance Management: Ensure the service adheres to all CQC regulations and standards, maintaining or surpassing its 'Good' rating.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to uphold high standards of care and service delivery.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budgeting and financial performance of the service, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Drive ongoing service enhancements and innovations to improve the quality of life for our residents.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
