Care Leadership Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team at Wellbeing Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the care and well-being of our residents are at the forefront of all decision-making and actions.

* Contribute to the effective management of our care team, ensuring that the required standards are maintained and that all staff receive regular supervision and appraisals.

* Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

* Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare and safety of our residents.

* Collaborate with the management team to achieve outstanding care standards and to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in the elderly care sector, with a focus on dementia care.

* Strong understanding of CQC standards and a track record of achieving outstanding and good reports.

* NVQ Level 4 or higher, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Ability to lead and manage a large team, with a focus on staff development and well-being.

* Experience with Atlas and Person Centred or similar systems.
