Care Manager

At Saivan Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our care services. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor staff to ensure effective delivery of care services
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
- Previous experience in a care management role
- Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and company policies
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Enrolment in company pension scheme
- On-site parking
