Reporting to the Area Manager, the Retail Operations Manager will be instrumental in driving growth within our retail establishment. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of community within the establishment.
  • Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure seamless daily operations, including inventory oversight, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Customer Engagement:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Execute customer service strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Performance:
  • Set and meet sales objectives, actively driving initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Community Involvement:
  • Engage in local community events and initiatives to strengthen the establishment's ties with the community.
  • Seek partnerships and collaborations that contribute to the overall well-being of the area.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure the establishment operates within set financial parameters.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail management, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
