Reporting to the Area Manager, the Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for driving growth within the company-owned store. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of community within the establishment.
Ensure seamless daily operations, encompassing inventory oversight, product presentation, and stock management.

Sales and Performance Management:
Establish and meet sales objectives, actively pursuing initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability.
Evaluate sales reports and trends to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Community Engagement:
Actively engage in local community events and initiatives to strengthen the store's connections with the surrounding area.

Financial Oversight:
Oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting to guarantee the store operates within set financial guidelines.

Required Skills for Retail Operations Manager:
Demonstrated experience in retail management, with a proven history of achieving sales goals.
Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to foster positive relationships with customers and the local community.
Understanding of retail operations, including inventory oversight and product presentation.
Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance business performance.
A commitment to community involvement and a desire to make a positive impact.

Compensation of £33,500 plus potential for a £7,500 bonus
