As a vital member of the leadership team, reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Operations Supervisor will play a key role in driving performance within our store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing store while taking overall responsibility during your shifts.
  • Assist in executing all store operations, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage, coach, and support team members, fostering a motivated and empowered workforce through a positive management approach.
  • Conduct performance and absence management as necessary.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring colleague safety and the security of stock and cash.
  • Perform cash reconciliations, voids, refunds, and other management tasks for till operators.
  • Act as a role model, leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience that distinguishes us from competitors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store visibility by identifying and acting on opportunities to engage with the local community.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in food retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated to achieving and maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Adept at planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions.
  • Committed to fostering collaborative teamwork.
