The Role

As an Operations Director, you will oversee the daily functions of our venue, which entails:

  • Fostering a culture of outstanding customer service
  • Driving business expansion through local marketing initiatives and centralized product offerings
  • Collaborating with the Regional Manager to develop an annual business strategy focused on growth and financial objectives
  • Establishing a professional environment through training, performance evaluations, equitable management, and supporting team operations and strategic execution.

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hands-on managerial role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality sector, while leading and nurturing large teams
  • Proven track record in maximizing revenue and enhancing overall business performance
  • Possessing determination, enthusiasm, and patience
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
