**Business Director** | Harmonic Operations™ Exclusive Opportunity

The Client:

Harmonic Operations™ esteemed client, a multi-award-winning creative agency, is seeking a seasoned Business Director to lead their flagship account. As a key client liaison, you will oversee the delivery of a major pharmaceutical account, working on a global scale, while managing a team of nine.

Role:

This agency is looking for a Business Director to drive strategic direction and act as a lead point of contact for a major global account. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management of campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Confidently understanding and driving account growth and profitability
  • Troubleshooting and identifying problems
  • Leading on client-facing meetings and updates
  • Understanding the health & pharma target audience
  • Supporting new business pitching
  • Overseeing the strategy and direction of the account
  • Leading and developing the team, inspiring, motivating, and driving performance

Requirements:

  • Experience working with health and pharmaceuticals accounts (not consumer)
  • Proactive attitude and ambition
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, and participation in long-term business planning
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally
