Operations Director

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director for a full-time permanent position in a specialist manufacturing company.

Operations Director – The Offer

· Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

· Paid overtime

· Year-end bonus after a year's service

· 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays

· Company pension (5% employee & 3% employer)

· On-site parking

Operations Director – The Role

· Manage the day-to-day production in a specialist manufacturing environment

· Organize all workflows, in and out, in line with clients' expectations and the company's targets

· Manage staff and liaise with other teams in the company to ensure the smooth operations of the business

· Be aware of and assist the quality assurance team on all quality assurance matters

Operations Director – The Person

· Experience in a similar role, specifically managing operations in a manufacturing environment

· CAD/technical drawing experience to ensure outputs match clients' requirements, and to potentially update documentation as required

· Previous staff management experience would be ideal
