Job Title: Emergency / Advanced Care Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency / Advanced Care Practitioner to join our team at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Emergency Department.

As an Emergency / Advanced Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with a wide range of conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and education, including a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with a wide range of conditions
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Contribute to the development of our Emergency Department
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to develop skills and expertise
Requirements
  • NMC 1st Level Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic/Physiotherapist
  • Completed or working towards-Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or PGDip
  • IRMER Regulation trained
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • EPALS
