Your Role

As the Head of Commercial Change, you will be instrumental in defining and executing this newly established function within a rapidly expanding team. You will oversee the centralization and communication of all commercial changes externally, primarily targeting our ISP customers, ensuring they can effectively plan, manage, and budget for these changes in a timely manner.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and managing a "Commercial Change" roadmap that ensures all internal stakeholders and key customers are informed about changes and their timelines to guarantee predictability.
  2. Aggregating all commercial changes affecting our 30+ ISP customers into a unified process funnel within the organization.
  3. Creating various business cases in collaboration with the Commercial Team and the Business Product Development & In-life head.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in a commercial leadership position with extensive knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing a marketing OpEx budget exceeding £15m annually, leading complex projects that yield measurable business growth.
  3. Experience in leading and facilitating weekly trading meetings and forecasting cycles, integrating sales forecasts, installation capacity, and strategies to address sales gaps.
  4. Strong leadership skills that guide the team in analyzing performance data and marketing penetration trends to identify actionable opportunities and refine strategies.
