Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring they deliver exceptional standards of care.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, taking responsibility for the well-being of all residents.
  • Effectively manage resources, including financial performance, to ensure the sustainability and success of the service.
  • Promote independence and choice for residents, tailoring care plans to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and NMC regulations.
Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A recognized NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager, demonstrating a strong understanding of the care sector.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with elderly individuals.
  • A commitment to person-centered care principles, ensuring residents' dignity and well-being are paramount.
