Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the supported living service, ensuring exceptional care delivery.
- Inspire and lead a committed team of support staff, offering direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate with residents to create and implement individualized care plans that promote autonomy and well-being.
- Engage with external partners, including healthcare professionals and local authorities, to ensure seamless support.

Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a social care environment, demonstrating effective leadership skills.

- QCF Level 5 qualification in Care (Leadership and Management) is required.
- Experience in team management, including recruitment and performance oversight.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package up to £28,590 per annum.
