What You'll Be Doing:

This role is a field-based position, with the successful candidate required to be based in the Midlands. Our headquarters is located in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and understand the client's organisational structure, politics, and key drivers to build strong business relationships.
  • Create and implement tailored engagement plans for key clients, setting strategic approaches and key objectives.
  • Develop and manage member engagement plans with relevant employers, involving the workplace engagement manager when necessary.
  • Meet with key accounts at regular intervals to identify business opportunities and gather intelligence to drive growth.
  • Establish working relationships with clients and intermediaries at all levels, including director-to-director and CEO-to-CEO interactions.

  • Experience and understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze reports and understand statistical information.
