Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding new business targets and building strong relationships with our customers in the parcel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market sector development plans within your designated catchment area.
  • Identify and qualify customer opportunities for new product sales.
  • Develop and broaden relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for new product sales.
  • Maximise sales penetration within each customer by selling the complete range of services.
  • Define a target list of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within the delivery/logistics sector.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, networking, and campaign management.
  • Detailed understanding of the sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of exceeding new business targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to facilitate discussions.

Salary: £44,900 (inclusive of car allowance and big commission opportunities)
