About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Director Generals on the skills, health, planning, and leadership of their workforce.
  • Support effective workforce planning and analysis, and lead and guide Director Generals on strategic workforce and people matters.
  • Advise on workforce planning, design and structure, workforce health, leadership, and workforce and people change.
  • Assist the area to work effectively with a shared service model, ensuring the business area is set up for the future.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong team.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, analysis, and development.
  • Experience working in a strategic HR role.
