Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our UK-based remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships with institutional clients to ensure they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and resolve client issues

About the Company:

Harrington Starr is a leading payments business that services a wide range of institutional clients. We offer a range of reconciliation and compliance tools to banks, electronic money institutions (EMIs) and processors.
