Job Overview:

Gymnastics United is seeking a highly skilled and experienced gymnastics coach to lead and manage our gymnastics program. As the Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs, providing coaching and instruction to gymnasts, and ensuring the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive gymnastics training programs to enhance team performance and achievement.
  • Provide expert coaching and instruction to gymnasts during practices and competitions, focusing on technique, strategy, and teamwork.
  • Evaluate gymnasts' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with assistant coaches to coordinate team activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
  • Monitor the academic progress of student-athletes, ensuring they meet the necessary requirements for participation.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and sportsmanship.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and gymnasts, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or head coach, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the sport, including coaching techniques, training methods, and competition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£30.00 per hour
