Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coaches to join our team at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre. This role is essential in nurturing the next generation of gymnasts and fostering a love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up gymnastics equipment for lessons.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to participants and their families.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide high-quality gymnastics instruction across various skill levels.
  • Ensure lessons are engaging, safe, and progressive.
  • Utilize safe coaching techniques and support skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments of participants using GLL technology.
  • Assist in the setup of warm-up and cool-down activities.
  • Support the assessment process, including award schemes and skills matrices.
  • Offer feedback to parents as necessary.
  • Level 1 coaches aged 18 and over may oversee the overall delivery of lessons and courses.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Enthusiasm and a vibrant personality.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Qualifications at Level 1, 2, or 3 in gymnastics coaching.
