We are seeking a passionate individual to take on the role of Gymnastics Facility Supervisor within our vibrant and supportive organization. This position is crucial for developing and enhancing our gymnastics offerings, catering to participants from early childhood through to advanced levels.
Compensation: Starting salary of £29,078.00 per year, contingent on experience and coaching qualifications.
Comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities will be provided, including on-the-job training in essential areas such as safeguarding, background checks, and first aid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and instruct various gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Enhance the class schedule by introducing innovative programs.
- Ensure all activities comply with established gymnastics standards and protocols.
- Lead and mentor the coaching staff to expand our program offerings.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress.
- Guarantee that the facility is staffed with qualified coaches at all times.
- Uphold welfare and safeguarding measures in accordance with gymnastics regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a British Gymnastics Level 2 coaching qualification or higher.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- A quick learner with excellent organizational capabilities and a positive role model.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
