Job Role: Supervisor - Generalist (Facilities Supervisor)

We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at a HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison. As a General Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous recognised experience and supervisory skills in the facilities management service
  • Experience of compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
  • Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management / project management)
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
