Job Summary

We're seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join our team as a Children's Gymnastics Coach. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for teaching gymnastics classes to children, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teach gymnastics classes to children aged 4 months to 12 years, using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, ensuring a positive experience at The Little Gym.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a gymnastics or sports-related setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to keep up with energetic children and participate in gymnastics activities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
