About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics lessons and courses to children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our gymnastics programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class gymnastics lessons and courses to children of various ages and skill levels
  • Set up equipment and ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Assess and record participant progress using GLL IPods
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement gymnastics programs
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills

Requirements

  • Qualification at Level 1, 2, or 3 in gymnastics coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols
  • Passion for gymnastics and commitment to delivering high-quality coaching
