About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Sutcliffe Park Sports Centre. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics lessons and courses to children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our gymnastics programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and safe gymnastics lessons and courses for children of various ages and skill levels.
  • Assess and evaluate participant progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement gymnastics programs, ensuring alignment with GLL's values and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of new gymnastics programs and initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for participants, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Level 1, 2, or 3 coaching qualification in gymnastics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for gymnastics and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
