Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to lead our classes for both children and adults at our facilities. This position is crucial in contributing to the legacy of the 2012 Olympics, and our gymnastics programs are thriving as a result.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up gymnastics equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to participants and their families.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Conduct high-quality gymnastics lessons across different skill levels.
  • Ensure lessons are engaging, safe, and progressive.
  • Maintain a focus on safety while coaching and supporting participants.
  • Complete attendance registers and participant assessments using GLL technology.
  • Assist with warm-up and cool-down routines.
  • Support the assessment process for skills and awards.
  • Provide feedback to parents when necessary.
  • Level 1 coaches aged 18 and over may oversee the delivery of lessons and courses.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Level 1, 2, or 3 coaching qualification.

  • Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for gymnastics.
  • Have knowledge of health and safety protocols.
  • Be an effective team player.
