Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, delegating duties fairly, and ensuring the well-being of our children and young people. Your Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential will be essential in this role, and we offer competitive rates of pay and a range of benefits. Your duties will include taking point on shift, training new staff, and participating in on-call rota. You will work closely with our Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our service. If you are a motivated and caring individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead by example and take point on shift
* Delegate duties fairly amongst staff
* Train new members of staff
* Participate in on-call rota and take out-of-hours calls when required
* Ensure daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date
* Assist with supervisions and appraisals
