Job Title: Sales Account Manager

About the Role:

ESMOS Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging your connections with national and international associations and PCOs to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Qualification: Utilize advanced techniques and processes to effectively qualify leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to ensure accuracy and make informed business decisions.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office suite and databases for account management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in a demanding sales role within the events sector.
  • Background: Solid background in the associations market, with knowledge of the association bid lifecycle and client motivations.
  • Skills: Experienced in designing, developing, and selling sophisticated conference solutions.
  • Destination Sales Strategies: Understanding of destination sales strategies is a plus.
