**Job Summary:**
Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their Lettings team for a 3-4 month period. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, focusing on reducing Council Tax and Utility Bill approvals to enable the Lettings team to concentrate on re-letting empty homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in managing multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring all administrative processes are followed
* Provide strong verbal and written communication skills to support the team
* Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
* Address and resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work
* Utilize property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems
* Collaborate with the team to provide administrative support
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property or real estate industry
* Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and email systems
* Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues
**What We Offer:**
