Key Responsibilities
- Assist students and instructors with classroom equipment and technology to facilitate interactive video conference classes.
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, and electronic communication tools.
- Manage classroom materials, proctor exams and quizzes, and maintain a quiet and organized learning environment.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, class rolls, and tracking procedure records.
- Act as a liaison between students and University instructors and administrators.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and patrons at the front desk.
