Leadership and Management Position

South Staffordshire College is seeking a dedicated educator to deliver accredited Chartered Management Institute (CMI) programmes in leadership and management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, high-quality courses and facilitating blended learning experiences. With leadership expertise and L5 qualification or equivalent, you will empower students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, training, or assessment, but we are also open to those who are ready to grow and gain a Level 5 teaching qualification.
