Job Summary
The Classroom Facilitator will work at the Utah State University campus in Moab, providing support to students and instructors in a classroom setting. This is a variable position, with hours varying depending on need and scheduled between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist students and instructors with classroom equipment and technology.
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff via various channels.
- Use computer systems to access USU software, email, and other tools.
- Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams, and maintain a quiet learning environment.
- Manage class rolls, attendance records, and tracking procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students and University administrators.
- Provide front desk support and direct students to resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dependable and responsible, with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and assignments.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Salary and Benefits
$14.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Work Environment
Employees work indoors, with occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and use repetitive hand motions. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
