Job Summary
The Utah State University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Classroom Facilitator. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students and instructors in a classroom setting, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students and instructors with classroom equipment and technology to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff to resolve issues and provide support.
- Manage classroom materials, attendance records, and other administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized learning environment.
- Act as a liaison between students and university administrators to address concerns and provide support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of students and the university.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions
The Classroom Facilitator will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with students, instructors, and staff on a regular basis. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
