Job Summary

The Utah State University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilitator to join our team. As a Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of interactive video conference classes, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for students.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students and instructors with classroom equipment and technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff through various channels.
  • Use computer systems to access software, check email, and maintain accurate records.
  • Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams, and maintain a quiet learning environment.
  • Act as a liaison between students and university administrators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and staff.
