Job Summary
The Classroom Facilitator will work at the Utah State University campus in Moab, providing support to students and instructors in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist students and instructors with classroom equipment and technology.
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and staff.
- Use a computer to check email and access USU software systems.
- Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams and quizzes, and maintain a quiet learning environment.
- Maintain accurate class rolls, attendance records, and classroom materials tracking procedure records.
- Act as a liaison between students and University instructors and administrators.
- Greet students and patrons at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate resources.
