Relief Care Supervisor

We are seeking a professional Relief Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Relief Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our community, providing support and security to our homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Provide emergency support to homeowners during night shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Senior Care position, with a minimum of L2 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends.
- Keen to take on responsibility and lead by example.
