About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Stowe Place in Lichfield. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Provide domestic support, including apartment cleans and laundry services.
  • Support residents in booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting them on visits.
  • Assist with shopping and other daily tasks to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
  • Previous experience in a care or support environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent is preferred.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.58, with potential for up to £12.88.
