Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for customers and internal stakeholders with their registration and reporting systems, results queries, suite creation and amendments, and appropriate limits for testing.
- Deliver onsite and online training to customers on data systems and provide ongoing support where problems arise.
- Answer and deal with telephone queries from customers and other outside agents.
- Liaise with the commercial team regarding requirements of new and existing customers.
- Laboratory experience with food testing.
- Experience of the food manufacturing industry.
- Comfortable talking to customers on the telephone/webchats/face to face.
